On Saturday 1 October 2022, responsibility for managing IT services in Northamptonshire will transfer to NHS Arden & GEM Commissioning Support Unit (Arden & GEM) from NEL CSU.
All IT services previously provided by NEL CSU will continue with Arden & GEM and as such no significant service changes are expected during the transfer.
From Monday 3rd October, all Northamptonshire customers will contact the Arden and GEM IT Service Desk for IT service support.
Our IT team has a well-established and proven reputation providing IT support to over 25,000 NHS users and is looking forward to providing an excellent service to our NHS colleagues in Northamptonshire.
We will remain in contact with all customers so that, in the unlikely event of any issues, we can respond immediately.
