Usman Malik, Arden & GEM’s Workforce Race Equality Lead, has been shortlisted in the prestigious Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) Excellence in People Awards 2022.
The HPMA Excellence in People Awards recognise and celebrate the work of HR, OD and workforce professionals across the UK. Usman has been shortlisted in the Star Award category which ‘aims to recognise workforce practitioners that do their role brilliantly well’ after evidencing his innovative work both with Arden & GEM employees and our clients.
Winners will be announced on Thursday 8 September at an awards ceremony being held during day one of the HPMA UK Conference in Birmingham.
