  • Transactional HR support: Including NHS Electronic Staff Record (ESR) administration, staff profiling, payroll and expenses management and workforce reporting for key metrics including absence, sickness and staff turnover
  • Specialist HR training: In areas including talent management, recruitment, leadership, HR systems and values and competencies. We can also provide access to the Arden & GEM Academy e-learning portal (and associated training courses) to fully enable the development of your workforce
  • HR policy support: Assessment of your existing HR policies, procedures, guidance, practices and records and ongoing expertise to ensure you remain legally compliant
  • Performance, absence and capability management: Design and implementation of performance management programmes that ensure competence and align individual and organisational goals. Direct advice for managers, succession planning and skills audits
  • Health and wellbeing support: Bespoke health and wellbeing strategy development with local supportive interventions and workshops/awareness sessions. We also offer a fully managed occupational health service contract
  • Recruitment: An end-to end recruitment service or assistance with tasks including job evaluations, pre-employment checks, right to work checks, job descriptions and person specifications, job advertisements, application assessment, testing, interviews, onboarding and retention programmes
  • Employee relations: Advice, guidance and mentoring for managers across a range of HR issues including absence management, disciplinary procedures, grievance procedures and TUPE regulations.
