All NHS organisations are working hard to deliver the NHS People Plan's wellbeing ambitions, Mental Health First Aiders provide a valuable resource in delivering early intervention help for those who may be developing a mental health issue or supporting employees in crisis.
Arden & GEM delivers Mental Health First Aid Training that has been specifically developed to support NHS organisations and employees. Our training course will help your organisation build internal resilience by creating your own team of Mental Health First Aiders who will be fully equipped to identify, understand and help colleagues who may be experiencing a mental health issue. We offer an efficient and cost-effective way to address the mental health discomfort of NHS colleagues in a healthcare or related setting.
Once fully trained, your Mental Health First Aiders will contribute to the delivery of a healthier work environment, improving staff wellbeing, boosting productivity, reducing absence levels and increasing staff retention.
