Target Operating Models (TOMs) play a crucial role in aligning NHS operations with strategic goals in order to enhance efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring the consistent delivery of healthcare.

We support the implementation of the new TOM using appropriate mechanisms to deliver change while focussing on quick wins.

Our support empowers actions, building and cascading change through the organisation while maintaining consistent communication with all stakeholders.

Change is sustained through reviewing the success of delivery, working with staff and understanding the lessons learned.
