Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Support

Successfully managing multiple portfolios, programmes and projects is key to ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of health and care transformation priorities.

Arden & GEM develops, implements and manages multiple portfolio, programme and project configurations, varying the structure according to need. To determine our approach, we undertake a discovery phase where we explore the current state e.g. the type of portfolio, programme or project currently in place, the challenges, progress, reporting systems, templates in use and governance frameworks.

Following the discovery phase, we co-design the most appropriate solution with our client. This generally includes infrastructure, standardisation across forms and documents and suggestions on governance including reporting processes and templates. This would usually be through a Programme Management Office (PMO).

The approach is then delivered and embedded at the relevant organisational level, including Board. In the final stage we hand over to you, ensuring skill transition and access to tools and templates so the initiative moves to business as usual.
