There is a growing need to link health and non-health data at the person level in order to generate the knowledge and evidence needed to run a health and care system and improve outcomes for the population we serve.
Arden & GEM provides an experienced data management service with a detailed understanding of the complex information governance (IG) landscape, data flow specifications and data asset onboarding required to support clients through this process.
We design, develop and deploy data flows from non-healthcare data sources, applying pseudonymisation and/or deidentification to link person level data. This data can then be used by analytical teams across the health and care system to explore the relationship between health and its wider determinants including education, environment, family and socio-economic status.
Flowing non-health data assets in a standardised and consistent format enables increased understanding of how wider determinants drive health status of an individual as well as a broader evaluation of interventions, services and outcomes.
