Arden & GEM is delighted to have been commended in the Patient Data and Publicity Campaign categories at the 2018 Health Business Awards.

Recognising and celebrating the significant contributions made by organisations working inside and alongside the NHS, the Health Business Awards showcase health sector success stories. The lunchtime ceremony took place in London on 6 December, with the winners announced by comedian, author, and former doctor, Adam Kay.

Arden & GEM’s Business Intelligence team was commended in the Patient Data Award (which they won in 2017) for their project, on behalf of the Advancing Quality Alliance, to design and develop a clinical measures data collection system. The Patient Intelligence and Quality System (PIQS) is now live in over 20 sites, with 150 users, and plays a key role in improving quality standards in inpatient care.

While our Engagement, Communications and Marketing team’s campaign to change the behaviour of Derbyshire mums-to-be who smoke was commended for the Publicity Campaign Award.
